Who We’re Looking For

We seek committed, dependable individuals who embody professionalism and vigilance. Ideal candidates should have:

• At least one year of security, law enforcement, military, or related experience (preferred but not always required for exceptional candidates).
• A valid Pennsylvania security guard license or the willingness and eligibility to obtain one promptly.
• Strong observation, communication, and customer-service skills.
• The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• A clean criminal background and commitment to integrity.
• Firearm training and Act 235 certification is a plus for armed positions.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

What You’ll Do as a Security Officer

As a member of our team, you will:

• Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises for suspicious activity.
• Provide a visible, professional security presence to deter crime and ensure safety.
• Control access points, verify visitors, and manage entry/exit procedures.
• Respond to incidents, de-escalate situations, and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain detailed logs, write clear incident reports, and communicate effectively with clients and supervisors.
• Protect people, property, and assets at schools, businesses, events, construction sites, residential communities, and more.
